Erectile Dysfunction (ED) sometimes called impotence is the inability to have or sustain an erection firm enough for sexual intercourse. The most common cause of ED is damage to the nerves, tissues, muscles or arteries. The damage can occur from diseases such as diabetes, kidney disease, vascular diseases, alcoholism, multiple sclerosis and a number of neurological diseases.
